The One Mile Creek Landowner Stewardship Guide has been completed thanks to the hard work of Jocelyn Baker (Watershed Restoration Coordinator) and her watershed restoration staff at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA).
The guide is now available for landowners along the creek and in the watershed. FOMC will be hand-delivering copies to landowners along the creek in the coming weeks. Landowners within the watershed (not adjacent to the creek) who are interested in a copy can contact NPCA (www.npca.ca) at (905) 788-3135.

This year FOMC is participating in the TD Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup as part of our Fall Creek Cleanup. This is a nationwide program to protect the health and beauty of Canada’s waterways. Volunteering at this cleanup means you’ll not only be taking part in one of Canada’s largest conservation initiatives, but you’ll also be making the shoreline habitat cleaner and safer for wildlife.
To register for the cleanup please visit the TD website here. Registration is not mandatory, but encouraged.
